“The hunters were closing in for the kill”

Dear diary,

This was my first Sidney Sheldon book, and after reading this I finally understood the mania around his books. Rage of angels was like no other book i had ever read. It’s about a bold, beautiful and alluring lawyer- Jennifer Parker. She’s unbeatable, until she’s tangled in between two men on their knees for her. One a big politician and other a mafia don, and one of them brings her down. 

This was an extremely compelling book, one which I couldn’t put down. Full of passion, excitement and wit. The plot is spot on and brilliant, even though it did feel rushed at some parts of the book. One thing I wished for from the book was a different ending. Now, I am being pretty vague here, but that’s because I don’t want to give any spoilers.

Rage of angels is a mix of thrill, romance, tragedy, agony and never ending suspense. It even got me interested in law and I learned lots of lawyer-like terminology. Isn’t it just great when you find a book that completely drags you into its world? You fall in love with the characters, hate them, get angry at them and you’re completely on the edge of your seat biting your nails, thinking about what’s going to happen next? This was one such book for me. I absolutely devoured it
